| LIMIT OF LIABILITY |

Submitting any film, print, negative, computer disk, computer tape, CD, digital information or art to this firm constitutes an AGREEMENT by you that any damages or loss by our company, subsidiary or agents will only entitle you to replacement not to exceed $50.00. Except for such replacement, the acceptance of the film, print, negative, computer disk, computer tape, CD, digital information or art is without warranty or liability, and recovery for incidental or consequential damages excluded. Should material involve high origination costs, and we be required to accept a greater liability, this must be declared at the time the original material are delivered to us, and the appropriate fee negotiated.
In the event of non-collection of any 68° statement or invoice, the Client agrees to pay all costs of collection.
